Client Communication

Direct and close communication with our clients is one of our major strengths and ambitions. Every study is assigned to a study director who is available for direct and quick contacting. All project management has been digitalized, therefore, status reports can be created and sent to clients quickly. As a client information service, we send project schedules and statuses on a regular basis. Additionally, a login section allows clients to view and download their respective project information.
